Airport Collection - Our Airport Travel quotes include waiting time for up to 45 minutes from the flights scheduled arrival. Additional waiting time is charged at £25.00 per hour. All Parking, Toll, Congestion Charge and ULEZ costs will be levied as incurred.
Additional Charges - Charges such as Toll Fees, Congestion & ULEZ charges and Parking (where incurred) will be added to the clients account and invoiced as incurred. When providing our ‘Chauffeur Only Service’ we are happy to wash and fuel clients cars as and when required, such charges will be subject to a 5% service charge and invoiced accordingly.
Bank & Public Holidays - We appreciate that some people need to travel on these days, and out of consideration to our team of Chauffeurs a 50% surcharge will be levied.
Chauffeurs Wellbeing - For all journeys commencing before 16.00 hours that are likely to extend to 22.00 hours or beyond will incur the cost of our chauffeurs evening meal to a maximum of £20.00 including Vat. This is charged on an as taken basis.
Complaints - Having been providing our services for more than three decades and to many longstanding clients, our complaints experience has been minimal. However, we are human and errors can occur, if you have any issue please do contact Ian or Fiona Hall at the earliest opportunity.
Confidentiality - We fully appreciate that you may wish to work whilst in the vehicle or hold discussions with colleagues on sensitive issues. Your confidentiality is assured, what is said in the car stays in the car. However should you wish us to be bound by a signed confidentiality agreement, we will oblige.
Food & Drink - May be consumed within the vehicle provided no soiling occurs. Any such soiling and that caused through excessive consumption or illness will be charged an additional flat rate cleaning fee - currently £145
Insurance - All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance with hire & reward cover and public liability. All vehicles are licensed with the statutory authorities. Our Chauffeur Only service requires that fully comprehensive cover be in place on the vehicle to be driven, where our Chauffeur will be driving under the protection of your policy.
Overnight - We appreciate that there are times when you need us for several days at a time that necessitate we stay overnight. On such occasions our charges will stop when duties for that day are concluded and will recommence at the time duties are required the following morning. In such circumstances we will arrange our chauffeurs accommodation (typical 3 star hotel, ensuite/travel lodge) for which you will be invoiced along with their meals for the duration.
Safety - Your safety, that of our Chauffeur and our or your vehicle will be paramount, and as such our Chauffeur will exercise his discretion in all matters to this regard.
Smoking - Is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Smoking breaks can be made on route as requested.
Wedding Reservations - Require an initial deposit and the balance paid 10 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance at the due time will result in the deposit being forfeit and the booking cancelled. Should you cancel your booking giving less than 45 days notice, your deposit will be forfeit. Giving 46 days notice or more will ensure your deposit is returned less a 15% administration charge.
